Responsibilities: Handling official correspondence, meetings, confidential documents, archives, finances, logistics, security, letters and visits from the public; compiling the budget for OEI special funds; managing human resources and staffing of SAFEA and its directly affiliated units; handling the routine work of the Party Committee of SAFEA; and assisting relevant departments to ensure the safety of overseas experts.
