Lectures on fruit wine making began in Huaining county, Anqing city, Anhui province on July 27.

Jean Jacques Cabassy, French wine-making expert, was invited to give lectures on fruit wine making for 10 days in Huaining county. More than 120 people working in blueberry, strawberry, waxberry, and mulberry cultivation as well as wine makers attended the lectures. Cabassy introduced French wine culture and compared the traditional fruit wine making procedures and techniques in China and France. He introduced the best proportions of each gradient for good wine tastes, and answered questions on the choice and preservation of raw materials and choice of base liquors.

A series of foreign expert lectures is being held by the Anhui Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs to promote advanced knowledge, technologies, and management experience to local people.
