    Just days before the People's Republic of China celebrates its 65 birthday, the central government took time on Sunday night to show its gratitude to the many foreigners who have put their skills at the service of the country to help it achieve its goals.

    China will work harder to attract overseas talent, especially high-caliber innovators. On the eve of the 65th anniversary of the founding of new China, the Chinese government held a reception for foreign experts in the Great Hall of the People, addressed by Liu Yunshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.

    Ningxia holds a meeting with Pei Hua Foundation, in Yinchuan, on Sept 13. When the Ningxia Hui autonomous region decided to celebrated its 20 years of cooperation with Hong Kong’s Pei Hua Education Foundation, on Sept 13, it resulted in Pei Hua aid recipients coming to Yinchuan, the regional capital, from six provinces to describe their individual Hong Kong experience.
