Through the coordination and organization by the project organizing departments, the first 8 projects of urbanization and urban development in the social development sector under the National Key Technology R&D Program of the 11th Five-Year Plan now officially entered the stage of initiation and implementation after project demand collection, project condensation, integrated consultation, feasibility appraisal, fund assessment and project approval.
The project initiation conference will gather all relevant forces, consolidate thoughts and unify actions. After 3 to 5 years’ research and development, the project is expected to deliver high-quality technical results so as to better serve the economic and social development.
