The Department of International Cooperation held a meeting on technical training for developing countries on July 12-13 in Xi’an of Shanxi Province. Participants included 60 representatives who sponsored and organized the training program. The meeting was held to consolidate the management of technical training for developing countries, improve the capacity of sponsors and organizers, better inform them of policy and enhance the efficiency of international science and technology cooperation.
The meeting has positive bearing on informing the management personnel of the status quo and requirement of training in the new era, improving the management and organization of training and encouraging Chinese enterprises to explore overseas market and facilitate international science and technology cooperation.
