Dr. Martina Hinricher, Director of Atmospheric and Environmental Protection and Energy Policy, German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs (hereafter referred to as German Transport Ministry) made a visit to MOST on January 14, 2008.

For the ongoing cooperation, the Chinese side suggested focusing on demonstration project of Shanghai Thousand Diesel Cars, hydrogen and fuel cell technology to echo the Joint Statement on Diesel Vehicle and Hydrogen Energy announced by Minister WAN Gang and his German counterpart during WAN’s visit to Germany in August 2007. The two parties also had an enthusiastic discussion on schemes for the next Steering Committee Meeting, Seminar on Hydrogen Energy and Seminar on Clean Diesel.
