On June 23-24 of 2008, experts from China, Japan and South Korea attended the 3rd China-Japan-ROK S&T Policy Forum at the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development (CASTED). The forum covered the following topics: SME innovation strategies and policy-making, budget and coordination of R&D funds, governmental R&D programs on climate change, technology forecast and selection of priority fields, and human resources management.
