Project on Fine Processing of Seafood Kicked off

The technical research and demonstration of seafood fine processing, a project supported by the National S&T Enabling Program, was kicked off in Yantai, Shandong Province on March 28, 2009.

 

Organized and implemented by the Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province, the project specializes in the R&D of processing technologies, new products, technics, equipment, and product quality control system concerning staple and precious seafood.

 

Experts and entrepreneurs attending the meeting also had discussions on quality standards and fine processing technologies of seafood, and the implementation plan of the project.
