GUO Xiangyuan, member of Party Committee and Chief of Discipline Inspection Group of MOST, was in Xiamen, Fujian Province recently to attend the signing ceremony of developing service outsourcing demo cities in China, an agreement between the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, MOST, Ministry of Education and 20 demo cities and relevant provinces.

The agreement, aims at jointly building service outsourcing demo cities in China, is also believed to be conducive to speeding up the development of the outsourcing industry, promoting coordinated growth of regional economy, optimizing export structure, improving the utilization of foreign capital, and creating more jobs for university graduates.
