On July 19th, LI Xueyong, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, delivered a report on the special topic of “Enhancing the Macro Management Capability” with a view to implementing The Provisions on Cadre Training promulgated by the central government, promoting training and enhancing the macro management capability of the MOST officials. The report was broadcast live for all the staff of the ministry and its affiliated agencies.
