The Innovation and Development Forum on Clean Automobile Technologies was held in Beijing from October 25th to 27th, 2007. This event was jointly sponsored by MOST，Beijing Municipal Government and the State Environmental Protection Bureau, and organized by Energy Conservation and New Energy Automobile Office of 863 Programme, UNDP/GEF Fuel Cell Bus Demonstration Project Office, Clean Automobile Promotion Center, etc.

Themed as “Energy Conservation, Innovation & Development”, it was divided into an official forum and a technology forum, discussing key issues in clean automobile development and exchanging experience.

This forum has built an excellent platform for governmental agencies, research institutes and automobile enterprises at home and abroad to exchange ideas in policy making, benchmark research and technology commercialization. It has also created a conducive social environment for clean automobile development by raising the public awareness in using such technologies.
