On the morning of April 22, 2008, the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) held discussions with Mr. Frank Mermoud, Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs, U.S. State Department. The two sides exchanged views on the implementation of the document Principles and Outcomes on the topic of innovation at the 2nd China-U.S. Strategic Economic Dialogue and the outcome document of China-US Innovation Conference.
