On December 31st of 2008, Vice-Minister LIU Yanhua met with Vice-Chairman CAI Esheng of China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC). Based on the current economic situation, both studied the related guiding opinions on financial support for S&T SME Loans, and discussed the model, management system and operating mechanism of S&T branches, according to the strategic deployment of driving domestic demand and promoting economic development proposed by the central government and the spirit of Central Economic Work Conference.
