The seminar on the development of national agricultural S&T parks during the 12th Five Year (2011-2015), organized by MOST Department of Rural Science and Technology (DRST), was held in Beijing, February 9, 2010. The expert panel delivered reports on the development of national agricultural S&T parks.

Deputy Director-General GUO Zhiwei of DRST made suggestions on revising the guiding principle, the overall objective, priorities and safeguard measures of strategic study on agricultural S&T parks. He also put forward specific requirement for compiling The Development Outline of National Agricultural S&T Parks.
